If your baseline is pretty reactive (like, say, you also have BPD, ADHD, and PTSD...), what should you look out for when you see looking back you were more out of control than usual during mania, but remember at the time you felt perfectly normal, or admitted that you weren't super into thinking about consequences but that's "just you"?
I don't know. I don't have a consistent baseline to refer to. Too many variables, too little information, a lot of inaccuracies... __________________ [Insert thought-provoking and comedic quote here] |

I had to use emoods on my phone and track a while. There was a better one but I forgot what it was when switching my phone years ago. It asks for the highest and lowest for the Day.

Yeah eMoods is really helpful.
I got the lifetime license ($14) years ago and it's well worth it for me. There's also Daylio, which is pretty popular. __________________ * Dx: Unspecified Bipolar and Related Disorder * Rx: Remeron, Prozac, Klonopin My avatar picture is a photo of the Whirlpool Galaxy I took in April 2023.
