I went through my meds to check for interactions with invega, the drug I had horrible akathisia with back in June. They had just raised my dose to 3 mg before we went on our trip. Found this on web MD:

MONITOR CLOSELY
Significant interaction possible (monitoring by your doctor required).
Atorvastatin + Paliperidone
Atorvastatin will increase the level or effect of Paliperidone by affects how the drug is eliminated from the body (via what is known as the P-glycoprotein [MDR1] transporter).

Greensight has invega in the green zone which I couldn’t believe but maybe this is why!

I can’t find anything about this reaction elsewhere but webMD is reputable.
