So I'm progressing little black shapes scurrying around. It's not the rats because they float too and they scurry right next to me. Feeling like someone is behind me all the time watching me. My brain is clicking every I blink. I'm of course still hearing things. Im also not sleeping and flipping **** every so often when things don't go my way.

So I was told to relax and rest. To destress and above all do not do classes. So I cancelled my membership to my classes, ordered noise cancelling earbuds. Then I'll know it's a hallucination vs someone talking to me .well the earbuds got stolen and now they're no longer $100 off. Amazons answer is wait till black Friday. So no headphones for me. Coloring sure I can do that but I'd likely break the art supplies in frustration.

So what have I been doing with my ample time building up a Facebook group talking to vendors about discounts and things like that.
Possible trigger:
Not de stressing. I don't know how to do that.

So how do I rest and relax as I'm moving towards a hospital stay?

Oh and my 14 years old dog goes to the vet for accidents, inability to use her back legs intermittently, and wheezing when barking.

I'm currently not on any medication until Friday because of side effects.
