Triggering
I tried reaching out to my ex for support because he’s supposed to be “family” loaded word for me, someone with no biological family I speak to. He just wants sex from me. I feel disgusting and scared. He always says he cares more about but doesn’t show it. I feel sick lol |

Oh no @ghostsinthehouse that sounds so hurtful and self centered on his part. Reaching out to an ex is something I tried but the results were no better than what you got. I decided when it is over it really is over so I joined an online support group.

thank you everyone. I am back in my apartment so I'm safe. I feel weird from the trigger but I'm working through it. odd how the body responds to situations lol. hope that you all are doing well <3
