@Frog4Life that's terrible to experience I'm sorry that happened to you both, thank you for your insight. The roller coaster is definitely a wild one.

I've been taking the Abilify in the morning instead of at night and it has definitely helped with my thoughts and mood regulation. I think that it seems to agree with me best out of the ap's that I've tried. I still get angry but I have more time to process before I speak or act. and my thoughts aren't as impulsive. so things are brighter than where I was before. sometimes when I flow between phases I forget how I was feeling before.

@ghostsinthehouse it is good to hear moving when you take it is helping. Everything takes time......including increasing doses, ugh.
