I wasn't strong yesterday. 😓 I was stressed out while the election results were coming in and had a peanut butter and agave nectar sandwich. I don't normally emotionally eat. I don't know why I felt the need to do it last night. And then when the results were pretty much in I had a glass of depression red wine.

Anyway. Yesterday = FAIL

So far today I've had a cup of oatmeal, two tablespoons of flaxseed, a banana, a cup of soy milk, a cheese stick, a granola bar, a mandarin orange, and a plain bean burrito. Have to calculate the calories, but that granola bar was like 200! Whew! A least it was good.

I see a dietitian this morning. Ughhhh. I’m not going to give up my meal subscription. I basically need breakfast ideas from him and ideas of what I can eat on the weekends because I don’t get my meal subscription on the weekends.

I hope he helps, @Crazy Hitch. I was actually thinking about getting a dietitian. You should let us know how it goes.

Do you watch ChelseaMae on facebook? She is in new zealand. She recently said our real need is to have things SIMPLE and that will help with our consistency. It sounds like what you are doing, sticking to a fairly short list of foods. Thats what i am doing. My blood sugar is better (type 2 diabetes), not sure how my weight is, and i am sleeping much better, way less heartburn.

I started walking on my treadmill again. Then I charged up my VR headset last night and resubscribed to the fitness game Supernatural. I need to fix myself. I also am eating tuna pouches again which have a ton of protein and those little Lunchables. They aren't the greatest health wise but they are satisfying. Eggs, tuna, and Lunchables were a staple of mine in 2022.

I’ve just eaten eggs on toast for breakfast as per my dietitian recommendation. It was that or peanut butter on toast but eggs have more protein so I went with eggs.

I need to see a dietitian.

Today I've had half a cup of oatmeal, two tablespoons of flaxseed, and two cheese sticks. Tonight will be a salad (yick) of some sort.

I dropped weight this morning when I weighed in and I definitely ate more yesterday compared to what I’m used to. Yeehaaaaa!
