I wasn't strong yesterday. 😓 I was stressed out while the election results were coming in and had a peanut butter and agave nectar sandwich. I don't normally emotionally eat. I don't know why I felt the need to do it last night. And then when the results were pretty much in I had a glass of depression red wine.
Anyway. Yesterday = FAIL So far today I've had a cup of oatmeal, two tablespoons of flaxseed, a banana, a cup of soy milk, a cheese stick, a granola bar, a mandarin orange, and a plain bean burrito. Have to calculate the calories, but that granola bar was like 200! Whew! I see a dietitian this morning. Ughhhh. I’m not going to give up my meal subscription. I basically need breakfast ideas from him and ideas of what I can eat on the weekends because I don’t get my meal subscription on the weekends.

I started walking on my treadmill again. Then I charged up my VR headset last night and resubscribed to the fitness game Supernatural. I need to fix myself. I also am eating tuna pouches again which have a ton of protein and those little Lunchables. They aren't the greatest health wise but they are satisfying. Eggs, tuna, and Lunchables were a staple of mine in 2022.

I’ve just eaten eggs on toast for breakfast as per my dietitian recommendation. It was that or peanut butter on toast but eggs have more protein so I went with eggs.

I need to see a dietitian.
Today I've had half a cup of oatmeal, two tablespoons of flaxseed, and two cheese sticks. I kind of pigged out for breakfast today... but I shouldn't be hungry for a while, so that's good!
@Crazy Hitch I will! I hate seeing my GP because she knows my diagnosis and treats me like a crazy person. 🤪 But I will if it means I can get referred to a dietitian because obviously I'm doing something wrong. In good news though, I'm okay with my weight now and think I look fine. Today will be my cheat day. I’m going to have 1 cheat day a week. For my cheat day I will eat a slice of lemon meringue pie. My absolute favourite!

I had apples with peanut butter, cheese, grape tomatoes, a cucumber, and a plain bean burrito today. Kind of pigged out again. I've had the munchies real bad though. I'm trying intermittent fasting. From 5PM-6AM. I last had a zero sugar soda at 6 and I'm just drinking a sparkling water now. Idk if that counts or not. I know I've had a lot of luck before with intermittent fasting.

I had 1/2 cup of chili for breakfast. For lunch I’m having an egg wrap. Which is 2 scrambled eggs with Italian mixed cheese wrapped up in a flour tortilla kinda like a burrito. Dinner I’m not sure yet. I think I might have plain oatmeal with raisins and a piece of wheat toast with butter.
I’m really trying to rein in my binge eating cause it’s become a big problem. So I’m working on that. Eventually I can improve the quality of my food but right now my priority is not binge eating. And I’ve been exercising. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill today with an incline of 7. Plus I took a 25 minute walk outside this morning.
