No breakfast again this morning…..I’ve dropped my calorie count and didn’t lose weight this morning. Ughhhh. Might have to go back to eating breakfast this weekend. I’m just not in the mood for it today at all. I’ve stopped my weight loss medication. It was making me unbearably constipated where I could barely go to the toilet. Now I’m going more frequently since having stopped them. Phew.

I haven't been too hungry today. And I've mainly just had water to drink. I just had some Ritz crackers and a little cup of mashed potatos and some beef jerky. I'm not hungry for dinner.

Our daughter made a pasta salad for dinner, with cookies for dessert, and normally I wouldn't eat pasta but she looked heartbroken when I said I wasn't going to have any, so I had a small bowl and two cookies. 😊 Quite tasty, and she was happy.

Oh, and then Husband and I went on a short walk. Damn, I'm REALLY out of shape! Lol.

I have this weird lack of appetite and I've just had Ritz crackers and water since last night. Nothing sounds good at all. I did get some Chicken n a Biskit crackers and a box of little bags of Ritz cheese crackers and peanut butter crackers.

I did not weigh myself this morning because I am convinced that muffin yesterday morning would have made me put on weight…..and today is my cheat day. I have one cheat day a week. If I see a decent dessert at the cafe I am going to with my daughter I will have it. If not I will wait for tomorrow….

Okay okay. I'll admit it.
Possible trigger:
and got the munchies real bad, so I completely pigged out on fruit, vegetables, and cheese. I've REALLY been craving the cheese as of late. I don't think I'm getting enough protein, even with my flaxseed and nuts. I'll figure something out!

I'll have some garbanzo beans for lunch or something!

I hope you all are doing better than me. 🙏 lol

Raspberry, sometimes even chicken or fish doesnt do it for me. I grew up eating beef 2, 3 times a week so i wonder if my system wants it. There is iron in raisins, that seems to help me. But i try to find a meatball every other week or so.

My mom says I'm eating a lot of crackers. She says I should at least be eating the Ritz kind with peanut butter or cheese for protein. But I did drink a breakfast essentional this morning which has protein and carbs. I'm drinking a lot of water. Not too much of anything else. I got some sourdough pastas, I wonder how they will be.

Well, i guess i'll join you. I'm doing well with exercise, might as well try to diet. I'm cautious because i'm in menopause and since it started four years ago i haven't been able to lose weight. So i'm dialing my expectations low. I'm determined to try, and the possibility of losing weight excites me, but i know the deck is stacked against me.

I made the decision at 2:00pm. I ate junk before that. But since, i've only had a protein shake and plain mixed veg and swilled lots of water. I feel okay, maybe some mouth-hunger which i'm coping with by brushing my teeth.

Oh, if this diet would work, i would be so happy! But i must not get ahead of myself. I have quite a bit of weight to lose and it will take time.

Today actually wasn't too bad. Two apples, banana, fourth cup of walnuts, cheese stick, three cups unsweetened almond milk, and a wheat tortilla with hummus dip. Most tasty. 😋

Half cup of oatmeal with two tablespoons of flaxseed, a banana and a splash of unsweetened almond milk for breakfast. Don't know what I'm going to eat the rest of the day, but I'll figure something out. Probably vegetables or something.

I got my period yesterday so definitely not weighing in this morning because I always weigh more around my period. I’ll be conscious of what I eat this week because I cheated quite a bit this weekend…..naughty me!

I feel like I ate a ton but all I had was 2 small flatbread crackers, a mini bag of popcorn, a single serve container of chicken noodle soup, and beef jerky. I'm in my calorie and carb goal and it was a lot of protein.

I want meatballs for some reason. Not in any sauce. Just plain.

I did yoga, weights, squats with resistance bands and a 30 minutes walk today

Thursday is gonna be my rest day next week cause there’s a thanksgiving potluck here I’m going to. And I’ll have another rest day next Sunday.

Mostly just trying to avoid sweets

I just used my ab roller. I haven't used that thing in at least a year. It was so dusty. I did 20 of them. I also did 23 minutes on my treadmill earlier.

I think I'm just super out of shape and thats why I have all these aches and pains. I didn't have them 1.5 years ago.

Tommorow I'll do the Supernatural game on my VR headset. That is a pretty fun and fast 30 minutes

I had a microwaved scrambled egg for dinner and then I forced myself to drink a slim fast half an hour ago even though I wasn't hungry. I was too low and my therapist warns me all the time of starvation mode.

I'm probably still low but eff it. I can't make everyone happy.

The rest of the day I had an apple, a cup of grape tomatoes, a cheese stick, a plain baked potato and a cup of unsweetened almond milk. My cucumbers were all squishy and bad, so I threw them away. I was very upset. I wanted a cucumber! Damn it.

I swear I'm not eating peanut butter again. I haven't even had it it in awhile. I am just totally grossed out by stuff all of a sudden.
