Just wanted to re-introduce myself. I am bipolar 1, diagnosed around 2006. Psych Central was my life saver at the time. I learned so much about bipolar and it helped me prepare for my journey. It has been a long road but I have made so much progress. I feel pretty steady now. Anxiety is a different story, but hey. I am in a bout of depression right now. There is a lot of uncontrollable life factors to this. I am grieving a relationship I am letting go of, financial issues, and physical problems. A lot to mound on anyone, but I think I am managing the emotion of it all quite well. I just wanted to reconnect. Maybe I can help someone else as others did for me in the past. Looking forward to meeting you all.

Glad to have you back and it's good to hear you are coping. So sorry about the depression & anxiety though
