I fell asleep from 10-4. So 7 hours. I'm still dealing with the nausea pain stuff
Possible trigger:

Not sure how I'm supposed to go on with my life for another 40 years feeling like this.

Good morning. I’m going downtown to the library today to sit at one of their study nooks and read, draw, and study music theory. I’m also stopping at a used bookstore on the way there and may buy a book or two. I feel a little nervous but I’m trying to challenge myself to get out and do more things.

I think I'm just gonna tell them half the time I drive back from getting my morning meds now I feel like I'm gonna crash and considering the usually quickest route involves the highway where people go 70+mph and winter is coming, I want to get added to the med run. Or just stop meds. If I'm going to be unable to do the simplest of stuff, I'll do it off meds where I'm not FORCED to put other people's lives at risk.

I got into the book I was reading and couldn’t put it down. I read until 4:30 am and then tossed and turned a bit. So got 3 hours. Ugh. My daughter is coming over today to help me get my email back. So I can’t go back to bed. Oh, it’s hard to keep my eyes awake. The book was captivating and a real escape from reality.

Threw up a few times on a 2 hour long trip. Then I fell asleep the last 45 minutes. Now I'm lying down feeling achy and stuff. But my GI office did call me back half an hour ago and they are trying to work some things out with my insurance and a different med.

I got a whole bunch of Sprite chill zero sugar since Sprite helps my stomach.

Called pdoc’s office. Had to talk with someone from clinical coverage as I didn’t know 12-1 is their lunch time. So case manager wasn’t answering. Hence the clinical coverage person. Told her I want more gabapentin as it stopped putting me to sleep at 100 mg. And that and Vraylar are basically the last two psych drugs I can take. Pdoc said I might have to think about ect if these meds don’t work! Pdoc won’t be back till the end of the month. No idea why. I’m tired of only sleeping 4 hours a night. They’re calling me back. Might have to drive to the pharmacy today but that’s ok I guess. I don’t want anything else because I react to other psych drugs!

Got my seasonal teas today. Also got some boxes of regular peppermint tea, boxes of green tea, decaf coffee, and cocoa kcups. So I am all set for the chilly season 😀

I’m gonna read some of pride and prejudice today with a tea and my cinnamon vanilla scented wax melting. Feels nice and cozy

I feel pretty good. Been sleeping well. Gonna have some spicy chili for dinner later. Maybe watch an episode or two or Naruto as well.

Well blank it y blank I still don’t have my email. They rejected my verification. Told me to try in a couple of weeks. If they don’t help me soon I’ll just have to figure out how to get another email account set up.

On good news I took my daughter out to eat at a mom and pop Thai restaurant. It’s authentic and delicious.

I'm doing pretty well, having some seasonal allergies kicking in. I went to the pharmacy and the library (daughter drove...eek!). I wasn't TOO anxious today, but I think I was dissociating some and that might have been why.

I went to the dermatologist Wednesday to have an abnormal mole removed to hopefully clear the margins. It was fine yesterday, but overnight, it hurt a TON. It was even hurting in my dream! It still hurts today, I'm trying to be better about cleaning it twice a day and putting bacitricin on it. I really hope it will calm down and stay out of my dreams tonight.

Never got the text! And they are closed Monday! I went to the pharmacy hoping they’d have called it in at the last minute but nope. So I’m going to take two tonight and sat-mon too then hopefully i can get a new script Tuesday. I can’t go 3 or 4 more days getting up at 3!
