My therapist friend says the prednisone made me hyperventilate and that can cause anxiety. PMDD- I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the week before my period everything falls apart. Seeing my therapist tomorrow and Pdoc Friday and my primary Thursday. I just have been laying in bed since I got home. Slept, as last night I didn’t sleep well. My coffee buddy thought I was mad at him. My mom thinks I need to do my dishes. I just can’t do anything right now. Tried to go out for a sandwich but felt dizzy again while out.

I'm sorry it all falls apart a week before. That's got to suck big time. Feeling dizzy must suck too right. I hope you can figure something out soon.

At Tim Hortons. Had a decaf coffee and a sandwich with chips. Talked with my nurse an hour and a half ago. She is nice. My yeast infection and rash are gone. Just have to finish the anti yeast kit. Seeing my therapist today. She can email my psych nurse. Nothing is wrong with my A1C so the faint feeling isn’t from not eating though I’ve been losing weight the last month or so. I can tell my therapist this. I am always dehydrated even though I haven’t had caffeinated coffee since last Wednesday.

Therapist says I sound depressed. She wants me to keep up with my social activities and keep my appointments this week including my Pdoc on Friday.

Now my doctor sent this message today “This profile indicates you had mono in the past, and now have antibodies. Could be reactivating, but hard to say (rare)”. Where would I get mono? Haven’t seen my Fwb in a month but that’s when all the exhaustion and muscle aches started. They tested me for mono recently a couple weeks ago. Would explain the muscle aches, chills and sleeping all the time. I thought I had the flu a month ago but flu, rsv and Covid tests were negative.

My friend had mono 4 or 5 months ago. That’s all I can come up with. I don’t think we got together when she was sick but I have no idea the dates we’ve seen each other. Not often but she says that’s when she had mono and then she got strep right after that.
