my t can be so quick to judge me. i was talking about something upseting and he asked if i was feeling anxious which i was. then he was all saying im on edge and am i sleeping? i mean im really not but im not tired. and im on edge bc my asshat uncle and aunt have been in causing trouble like every single time. im not manic. im fine.

hes so quick to assume im not ok. i really am. im still sleeping just not much. my mind has a lot of stuff going on in it. i guess bc i told while in nashville i wasnt sleeping anf could not relax last week and he commented on me seeming anxious bc i was moving my foot "a million miles an hour right now."
ive just had a lot go on lately i havent talked abotu with him is all. i see him every two weeks is why
