On January 21st i was hospitalized up til the Jan 31st. they put me on 4mg klonopin per day, neurotin twice a day, trazadonone 150mg a day, and and Zoloft 100mg a day.

Then around 6 days after I ended back up in the psych hospital, but this time in a different hospital, I know one of the meds they put me on was Dekapote ER 1500mg at night and an anti-psychotic when needed and an anti-depressants-which i forget the those names..

My mom is wanting me to stay on the meds i was on when i was first hospitalized, what would your suggestions would be? when i was in the hospital again i felt the anti-psychotic really helped and the dekapote seemed to help but not sure what quite to do, I have so many meds at my house and my mom regulates my meds too...

I would really suggest that you go back to your Pdoc and get him/her to tell you very explicitly what you should be taking.

Otherwise, you are just guessing and who knows what the drug interactions may be. You may even be able to just call the doc and get them to give you this info over the phone.

Ditto.

It's hard to say and especially when you're a bipolar patient, we all respond differently to medications and med combos.

Best to trust your doc about these things. What Should I do?

I agree, the best idea is to go to your pdoc and have him/her sort it out. He can get access to your medical records from both hospital stays. Tell him exactly what you've told use and let him come up with a plan.
