i have been treating for just depression since i was 12. A few months ago they found out i have anxiety,panic attacks, so they changed my meds. then well i had a break down and they found out i was being treated for everything else but they had overlooked that im bipolar. then when they started treating me for that the agoraphobia came onout of the blue. so now im on 7 meds and they are still adjusting them monthly. all i do is cry. i take lithium 450 mg twice a day seroquel 25 mg 3 times a day seroquel 100mg at night to sleep ( yeah right i still dont)andneurontin 300mg 3 times a day so far all its all doing is ive put on 50 pounds and my moods are worse now. they wear off like 2hrs before the next dose

Browneye's you are definetly not alone on what you are going through with the bipolar/depressive episodes and the agoraphobia because I have the same thing and its hard.
I also been on so many meds and still trying to get on the right meds still, now and currently not stable, I just found out i have agoraphobia a few weeks ago when I was in the psychiatric hospital and diagnosed with it ontop of my bipolar disorder so im new with the agoraphobia diagnosis as well. Well hang in there, I know its rough because I'm trying to hang in there myself right now.
