I am a 21 year old college student who has always been called 'irritable'. I was diagnosed with ADHD when i was young, but recently underwent extensive tests that I'm sure you all have been through. They determined that I have Bi Polar II. My manic phases aren't too bad, although I can be very reckless and care free. Too much so, as the case may be. The depression, however, is terrible. Days in bed, being short and mean to my closest friends. Suicide normally enters my mind every couple of minutes when I am depressed. I guess I am writing this for advice. Dealing with my disorder is new to me and I feel like it is a day to day thing. Some days I can deal with it very well. Others, not so much. When it gets really bad all I can do is shut myself off and smoke mass amounts of weed. Please, give me some advice about how I can deal. Thank you

Learn more about it. It will probably make it easier to cope. Good luck.
