Seeing N3 this evening. He’s visiting with his grandpa who is paying his tuition and rent for his undergrad. I haven’t seen him for a week. He moves into his new place in a week and a half! They have lots in common. His grandpa on his dad’s side was an engineer for Ford and so was my dad but my kids never really saw him but a handful of times. They consider my mom’s husband their Papa. N3 starts classes on the 8th!

The allergy clinic just called and cancelled my appointment for tomorrow! They rescheduled it for a month from now almost exactly! I told them it’s supposed to be a follow up from the ER and they said they’d have a nurse call me. Didn’t even offer a video or phone visit! This is getting ridiculous! Allergic reactions are no joke and the dam* allergy clinic should know this!

Anyway N3 is coming to pick me up now. We are going to Target and then getting something to eat.

My kids are here but N3 is at his gf’s mom’s place until I’ll later. He’s the one who wanted goose so I hope they get here by dinner time. We also are waiting for him to open presents. We just had homemade cinnamon rolls with homemade frosting that N2 made.

N3 has been packing today in preparation to move into their new apartment on the first. I guess he doesn’t need any more help.

There’s a pipe leaking in their new place. N3 got ahold of the landlord but that was an hour ago and I haven’t gotten any updates.

He did! Whew! It’s their first night there and they’re still unpacking.

N3 and S are getting around campus just fine. n3 says the campus busses are like cattle cars! School going well. I’m so proud of them.

Saw N3 today! We met downtown at Starbucks. I parked nearby in a parking structure.

We walked back to his place. It's very small but they can manage as they'll be at class most of the time. He serenaded me on his electronic keyboard. Bach fugues and Haydn.

Then we walked back down to Starbucks where we said our goodbyes and I walked back to the parking structure. (Free on Sundays!).

All in all we spent a couple hours together.

They don't have a bedroom so the bed's in the living room. And the kitchen has his desktop computer and electronic keyboard. Then there's a tiny bathroom with a stall shower.

He’s at church choir rehearsal now. It’s a short walk from his place.

We’re going to a concert together in 3 weeks!
