im new to all this and im so full of questions.. yes im bipolar and have agoraphobia , anxiety and depression. is it normal to still not sleep much? and i am now hearing bells all the time and i see its like shadows all the time my moods race wildly now more then ever .please help me understand what im dealing with.

I too suffer from sleep issues. I mostly have trouble falling asleep. I believe it is pretty common with bipolar. I don't have any experience with a agoraphobia, though. Be careful with your sleep because too little can cause a hypomanic or manic episode. There are many medications that can treat sleep disturbances.
