I have been reading online about how food affects mood and its link to mood disorders.

Has anyone had any experience with this aspect of a treatment program?

when i eat too much sugar i am a bear and get depressed for a few days and caffeine makes me way super manic, and causes sleep disturbances. Red meat makes me depressed also.
I think for a lot of people food and mood go hand in hand.

You know, I've never really heard this one, nor have I noticed a link between my moods and what I eat... I must say, that's really interesting.
