Holly fu** I took a nose dive .We seem to look at bipolar as wave going up and down in a steady gently wave .But yesterday it was like one of those rides that drops you straight down or pulls you down . I was going down so fast I find my self holding on to the bed post all day .Has any else gone though that ?

OOOOH YEAH! I have SO been there. Just hang on cuz the ride will begin it's climb back up soon, hopefully! Just don't let go!

I know it sucks and there is nothing I can say to make it better, but know that it won't last forever, buddy!

HOLLY FU** !
