what should i tell the dr.? and what is the term for reacurring thoughts? also are there any effective drugs just for that? cause i start to wonder if i have bipolar and thats why i have the thoughts, or if its OCD giving me the thoughts?

Well if talking to the doctor I would just explain what keeps happening. If it works best to write it down I would do that so you may have an easier time explaining it. Maybe explain what goes on and what thoughts usually reoccur and if anything else happens.

I'm not sure if there are effective drugs for it. But there could be.
