my moods are just so whacked. my anxiety is thru the roof and i cant stay calm long. when im not mad im depressed im so angry and lashing out at everyone. i even put in my 2 weeks at work with no backup. im at wits end and im plain fed up and scared. when does it ever stop and let me be ok. all i do is stay scared and cry now.

i guess this is where the rapid cycling/mixed features comes in?

I'm sorry you are having such a rough time. Mixed episodes scare me too. There is something not right, even twisted, about being depressed and manic at the same time.

I know Hallie, rapid cycling stinks. Seems we just can't control these episodes, and don't know when they are going to stop.

Keeping you in my thoughts...

effed up. im losing it!!!!!!!!!

Hello....I hope that you are feeling better today.... Really think hard about giving your notice, especially if you don't have anything to fall back on... How long have you been there? Can you take some time off? Try that before just quitting....please!

Go back to God Hallie, and pour your heart out to Him. It won't necessarily change your disorder, but I pray He will show you grace to live with how it makes you feel at times.

effed up. im losing it!!!!!!!!!
