Well, this should be great for you all, having a batshiat-crazy person leading your chat -- but at least you know I understand. bipolar/depression chat starts Wed. (I think)

I'll be hosting a weekly bipolar/depression chat Wednesdays from 7 to 8 pm Central U.S. time. I do not know yet if I am actually going to be able to do this week. I am in horrible, horrible shape, see pdoc tomorrow, and may or may not be heading for Casa del Loony Bin. I have tried to find someone to take over for me this week just in case, but so far no one's gotten back to me.

I am pretty new to the bipolar dx, largely because the first 2 pdocs I ever saw missed it entirely, but the more I find out, the more I realize how well it has fit me most of my life. I'm still learning, though, and looking forward to hearing everyone's tips and tricks for coping. On the other hand, major depression and I are old friends.

While most weeks will have a topic to begin with, there will always be open discussion time. PLEASE suggest topics you would like to see covered.

Hope to see you there!

Candy

Hope you're ok Candybear.

Actually getting all us wackadoos together at the same moment in time is a pretty big undertaking in itself.

I'll try to be there too...

xoxo

Here's a way to figure it out: world clock

Put in the date (whatever this coming Wed. is) 7 pm and USA - Wisconsin - Madison for the place. In the bottom part, there's a listing for London. Select that and then hit calculate time, or whatever it says.

I hope that didn't just confuse you more. I confuse myself most of the time these days!
