I think I do. All the time. For example, yesterday morning I talked to my sister and we joked and laughed liked crazy. I was so silly for a few hours.
Then I got really irritable. I have no clue why. This lasted a while, then I may have been normal for a bit. At night I felt like breaking down in tears, but that was triggered by something I saw on TV.
I'm very emotional. Sometimes I'm like a little kid. I get so miserable over stupid things.
So I believe the answer to your question is yes. My moods changed from making jokes in the pdoc's office to crying for help, that's how he diagnosed me bipolar. (among other factors, too).
Thanks for this!

Yes, Rapid cycling plus mixed episodes where you have depression & mania at the same time (NOT FUN). See your doc.--Suzy
