I've taken Lexapro (20mg) once a day for the past 5 years to calm by SEVERE panic attacks and anxiety. It 'cured' the anxiety/attacks, but now I have been diagnosed Bi Polar because of manic mood swings (something I had wayy before ever taking the Lexapro), just never diagnosed and treated. My doctor starting me on 300 mg Serequel , but as soon as I started to wean off the Lexapro, my moods stabilized, but my anxiety came back. Is it safe to just keep taking the lexapro (20 mg) and Serequel (300mg) together if its making me feel better?

i would suggest that you discuss that with your pdoc. tell him/her how you are feeling and if it is safe to take them both. i'm sure you can work something out so you can feel better again.

Ask your pdoc. Any SSRI (like Lexapro) can trigger mania, so that is probably why you had to wean off it. Maybe you can try Klonopin or another anti-anxiety med or something like that. Talk to your doc and ask what your options are.
