A pendulum maybe...it has been some time since I've been at PC...so many of you may not know who i am...I had to stopped for a long while and now find myself in need again...just like a pendulum....goes back and forth...just like bipolar...
I guess I don't believe there are any IRL people I can talk to about BP...T's and pdoc's...are not the same... December holds some horrific memory "anniversaries"...the kind you wish you could forget and believe they won't effect you... It was 12/3 though 12/15 I was hospitalized for the second time...it seems so far away...4 years ago...the dates get cemented with my ultimate decission to separate from my wife 8 days after getting out...the divorce was finalized the following year on 12/19.... So this is a tough time...add on the lack of daylight...the holidays...etc... I do remember the nurse repeating back to me in summary what I just said to her...so you would rather end it then get divorced? It was an eye opener... So much more inside that I'm struggling with...I've been hiding out in my office...not really functioning at work...I'm glad that through the end of the year there is very little going on...
