Argh! I know it's not safe or healthy, I know it can be a trigger, and yet I still want to stay up toll midnight or later. I have to get up during the week at 5:30 or 6:00 AM. My mind is running and I just don't want the hassel of laying in bed trying to read to keep my mind focused on one thing til the Seroquel kicks in. I did a craft today in 1/2 day when normally, start to finish it should take at least 3 days, more likely 5.
I completed the entire project in 9 hours. I gave it to my husband already. He seems to really like it. I better go to bed. I'm hearing snippets of conversation in my head (male voice). Brain is on overdrive.
There is just not enough hours in each day, but I gotta go.
to all of you. Journey
