I don't know how to stop these feelings Last night I started an argument with the girl I love because she was tired and had nothing to talk about... I accused her of trying to leave me and even asked her if she was seeing someone else. I feel like such an asshole now.

I want these feelings to stop, there ruining everything on me.... it's happening with everyone I talk to, I just don't know what to do. I can't even go a minute with someone not talking to me or I start to feel like I'm being pushed aside and not wanted... then I get mad and say things I shouldn't say.

It's driving me crazy

That's a tough issue for me. Just the slightest little thing will trigger HUGE issues of abandonment. I hope I find a way to feel a little more accepting of my moods and can keep from flying off the handle so easily.

I feel better knowing someone out there has it as bad as me. If only there was a way to stop it, I think I would give anything for that.
