I got news the other day that I am in remission from my bpd and I feel great. Its been a long hard struggle but worth it.

Paddy, that's great! I don't know much about borderline. I didn't know you could be in remission from it. How does that happen? Thanks.

A heck of a lot of therapy, including DBT and CBT and pharmacological intervention. But it is achieveable it just takes a lot of positive thinking and determination.
