I was recently diagnosed with Complex Emotional Disorder & I've discovered this is a "posh name" for BPD.

Whether that is the case or not, I've suffered from all of the symptoms for many years now (note, I say suffer, I am not self diagnosing, merely stating I suffer from all of the symptoms ~& not just a few~ & they are severe, all affect my life quite badly) and I am posting here to ask those who suffer from all of the symptoms severely to post back and see if they could help me cope with the symptoms as they are very bad.

When I feel more up to it (have not slept in over 28-29 hours) I will type out how each symptom affects me and how severe it is for me, so you get a better picture.

Bare in mind ~ feeling very vulnerable and scared about posting this, please be gentle and kind.

I hope you are resting/sleeping. So many things feel less frightening and more managable when we are well rested

I'm not.
I've been up for 32 + hours now.
I cannot settle.

Have you thought about getting some medication from your doctor to help with your sleep?

Sorry to hear you're struggling with many symptoms *hugs* I hope they lessen. Hopefully now with a diagnosis you can get better, more specific treatment, that will help you.
I've never heard of them calling it Complex Emotional Disorder..
