I don't want to be, I have no particular reason to be angry, but I am...
I just feel so destructive out of no where I don't know why,
and I just have a strange urge to go shower even though I did about 3 hours ago...

I don't know what this is about but does anyone else get this? I can't think of a trigger, I'm just so angry and frustrated feeling...

Random bouts of anger plague me quite often, and usually for no good reason. For example, people who chew loudly or with their mouths open can send me into a rage, when really the most I should feel is slight annoyance. Sometimes even the sound of someone speaking is enough to make me super angry!

I think it's something that a lot of people with Borderline struggle with. The important thing for us is to learn good techniques to control our anger.
Thanks for this!

I am incredibly destructive too, in my thoughts, actions, words etc

I suffer from random anger too, where I just get so angry for no apparent reason, and I unfortunately don't know how to deal with anger.

But yes, you're not alone in the random feelings of anger and frustration.
Thanks for this!

Hmm I didn't have anything to trigger it, I just felt uncomfortable and dirty and like I needed to wash it all away in a shower...

I duno what is wrong with me I am glad to know I am not alone in this though, I suppose we all just have to hang in there and learn control huh? :3

I know where you are coming from! I get angry for absolutely no reason at all or something so petty will send me into a full blown rage! Thankfully now though it's a bit more under control since I done a DBT course.

Hope you are feeling better now
Thanks for this!
