So I have been doing pretty good emotionally for the last few weeks, I was very proud of myself thinking im doing so great and in control of the BPD, and then my ex husband moved back to denver yesterday and I completely lost it. I am in a bad place right now, and I'm not sure how to to deal with the kids and our realtionship. I am not seeing a T my insurence will not cover the one that I wanted, so I am on my own here. Please help any advise is Really appriciated!

Can you make yourself set a limit on how long you think about him/this today? If not, can you go to mindfulness sites and visit them on the hour?
If not, stay connected to PC and use every tool there is here!
Also...county mental health agencies sometimes have therapists on-call, on a very generous sliding fee.
Keep updating here!
