I had an appointment for a new weight loss program to try since I didn't know what else to do. Made the app. two weeks ago and was looking forward to finally having something help me. I get to the app. and the lady isn't there, waited 20 mins finally another worker asks my name and says he'll call her. Comes back, she didn't know she had an app. today, it wasn't on her calendar. I cried the whole way home and expected to have my husband support me, he says, "it had nothing to do with you". I had a breakdown and screamed at him and threw stuff. To someone with bpd it does to have to do with me, made me feel like I wasn't important to remember you had an app. with me. I was like, forget it, forget everything. I was so mad at my husband since I was looking to him to be on my side and he wasn't.

I am so sorry that you are having a bad time hon. As far as your husband goes well - Sometimes guys aren’t that good at reading us. He does not walk in your shoes. So he can’t quite understand what you are going through. I hope that you can get the support you need here at PC. Please don’t stop seeking help for yourself just because someone dropped the ball. For your sake if you don’t succeed the first time, always try again. It will make you a better, happier, healthier person in the long run. Meanwhile, big hugs headed your way from me.
Take care,
Torn
