i dont care about appearing strong. I KNOW I AM STRONG. and you know what? so long as i am not horribly rude, i will not equate being emotional with weakness.

i wear my heart on my sleeve, always have, always will.
Thanks for this!

I am scared of emotions and I therefore think there is real strength in being able to show them - not acting them out, but being able to feel them and talk about them.

I totally agree with both of you. I am a sufferer. And suffering intensely at the moment but I'm not weak. My emotions run wild but I too wear my heart on my sleeve and am proud to say so x
