my parents are now saying I'm probably just bipolar, but I don't have the same emotion all day. Its constantly swinging and changing due to triggers. This is more of BPD, right?

Because of triggers? I would definitely say that part of my Borderline experience is being triggered by everything under the sun, yeah.
