My mind wanders to dark places I feel I've let my family down.
I scares me my thoughts are to end it I keep takeing more and more of my pill. Hopeing in the morning I won't wake I've four great kid and beside me now my very loyal cocker spaniel ( poppy) I made a friend today on here today yet got to speak. Thanks for listening hope I'm not wyneing |

Thank you guy for your concern and advice iv gone to hospital now
