perhaps it's time for a med change. if you are on meds contact your dr. if you aren't on meds maybe you should consider it.

other than that we are here to listen and offer support in any way we can. stay around, i enjoy your company..

Sorry to hear your feeling this way...is there anything you can do to actively try and improve the situation? Are you in therapy? Could you maybe increase it or change it if your not making the right progress? Do you think, if your are on meds, that their high enough - or the right ones even? Do stick around if you can - your a good member, i would be sad to see you go. Please PM me if you wanna chat

I'm sorry INR, I hope you can get out of this funk soon I would try drawing or something, you are really good at doing that and I get the feeling you are very proud of your art. Try and find something to distract yourself for a little while until you can come back and figure out what's going on...works for me anyways Take care girl.

People tell me that I can express myself very well through my art. Im proud of that. But I am ashamed of my feelings. I showed you girls cuz I knew you would understand and relate to my feelings. I knew you would not judge me for feeling like this.

I like to know what people feel when they see my art. It's my way to make them know how I feel. Its my way to make them feel what I feel.

I cant distract myself cuz my mind keep thinking about how miserable I am.

Thank you.
I miss you
