The new Disney/pixar "Brave".

Its a kids movie... As i sat there, i decided that the Queen must have borderline with the way she acted...

and then, i recognized myself in it, and in the childs reaction...

it was all super triggering to me

I get what you mean. The first time I saw finding Nemo it triggered me with my oldest daughter. Also, "devine secrets of the YaYa Sisterhood." I identified with the Mother.
