Ok so u all know about my hallucinations and paranoia. I also have a voice in my head called Joe. Joe and the hallucinations started at the same time. I have my own world too. There r other people there. Weird? Yes. I have 2 realities.
Kat my former therapist was a really good therapist but not any more. Kat is in my world too. In order to start DBT with Kimmie I have to let Kat go cuz I can only have 1 therapist. Anyway I've seen and talked with Kat several times this week (no I did not go up to Chicago where she lives). And i have not talked to her on the phone 4 2 weeks. She told me she did not want to let me go so we both agreed to be friends and she would move in with me.
I saw my psychiatrist last week and told her everything except about Joe and Kat. I told her about the other hallucinations and the paranoia and she blew it off!! I told Kimmie about everything except Kat. (I'll tell Kimmie about Kat the next time I talk to her.) anyway Kimmie called me today( I missed the call but got her voice mail) and said that she talked to her team about what's been going on with me and they r all worried. They want me to make another appt. with my psychiatrist but she blew me off last time. I called Kimmie back but she was gone for the day. Is this some form of schizophrenia developing? Answers would be very much appreciated.

Since none of us are licensed pdocs, I think that may be what you really need right now. Get a through psych eval done and see if there is some underlying issue of schizophrenia. If this is just tied to BPD, then that is okay too. Please get some help from a pdoc.
