[Pink River]

I am new to this site. I have BPD and have been in DBT therapy for years. It has helped but I am still looking for new ways to combat this disorder . I am looking forward to helping others with the knowledge that I have gained in DBT.

I was diagnosed with bpd in 2001. There is hope, esp in finding like people in recovery. And we can recover.

Thanks Billi. I hope we can recover. I am really struggling with great loss and grief still after all these years of loosing people. This place is my last hope.

I hope so. I am so alone IRL. I at the end of my suffering point. I just can't take life anymore

I am alone, too, pink.

I am lucky just to have one person who understands me and he can't even be with me all the time. And when I am out and about I constantly see others connecting and I still can't.

Thank you Sway. I'm having a very rough time. I just can find the strength today as I sit here sobbing/crying/sbobbing, I don't even know who or how anyone can help me.
