I often wonder if the way i feel is "normal". I always feel alone and like there is an emptiness in me that nothing can fill. i feel so out of the loop and that everybody sees me in the same negative way that i see myself.
Thanks for this!

Is it normal? God I hope not. Do a lot of us feel that way, ABSOLUTELY! I think probably everybody with BPD feels this way and it scares us to death, I know it does me. I know for me I had to start writing a list of things I like about myself and to try to change the negative self talk that was/is going on in my head.

what's normal anyway? Point to any Normal person and dig a little deeper and I bet you'll find they have their own issues, though they might be hidden a little more than a person with BPD
Thanks for this!
