I've had this problem for weeks now, and I don't know if I keep getting a skin hallucination, or it's an actual physical problem.
On my shoulder blade, like in the muscle, it feels like a tingling electric shock feeling, and it just stays there bothering me for ages. Does anybody else have this problem, and it's a skin hallucination, or a physical problem?

I do! Finally, someone who explains it perfect. Do you ever get that feeling in your hands? Sometimes I do...Do you know what it might be from? I have no clue.

I get that too. I usually get it in my arms or hands though. Rarely in my legs. I dunno if it is a physical thing or not. Told people about i when it first started, decades ago. None of them had ever heard of anything like it and they looked at me like I was form Mars, so I quit talking about it.
I wonder if it is BPD related?

I've had this problem too. Causes a lot of anxiety. Like someone else suggested, it might be a physical symptom of BPD.
