Let's see if everyone can come up with one, just one original positive thought or positive thing that happened to them everyday. I know you'll have bad days where you can't...that's understandable...but let's keep the positive energy flowing if we can.

Even though I'm working, pretty much alone, and didn't get much sleep the last two nights and it's Easter, I am grateful for my PC friends and the fact that I HAVE a job that pays fairly decent money.

Yesterday ended very badly. Two things happened that resulted in a onslaught of emotions. The first thing I handeled pretty well, told myself these feelings will pass, went for a drive, blasted the radio and didn't go over the speedlimit, lol. Felt calmer by the time I got home. Second thing was not so easy to deal but I got through it. Got a good nights sleep and have had a pretty good day with my munchkin. My new mantra will be " This Will Pass " .
Greatful for what I have learned from others on here and to new friends

I'm awake and fairly alert after three nights of almost no sleep. A little anxious, but I'm coping with that at the moment too.

I am grateful that I have a good job and don't have to live paycheck to paycheck. I can afford therapy (if only I could find a T).

I seems I have nearly endless stamina. I can go sleepless night after sleepless night and still be able to function.

I am grateful for saying "okay I will look at it" but doesn't mean I will keep it to some Jehovah witnesses and Mormons...

I am grateful that I have no work today and have time to myself to work on my projects, do what I want, and be whatever little bit of myself that I know.

Work's gotta come first...just cuz I'm off doesn't mean I'm off! ....definitely tonight though!

I'm grateful that after 20-plus years of life and a lot of trying years, that my daughter has decided that it's okay to talk to me.

I have been able to take 20 minute walks daily. I wasn't able to do this without a splitting headache or getting dizzy from my TBI. Think I am finally physically healing after a year...

I am grateful for the online friends who understand me despite my relationship issues and ever changing emotions. Sure, I want real friends some day, but I know I'm not ready for that. My online friends and learning to accept them, not cling to them, not constantly second guess their motives, and not push them away is a step towards that ultimate goal.
