I mean like, 1 week you may like chocolate, but another week you may hate it, as your inner personalities vary.

Does anyone get what I mean? Because I feel like many different people/personalities, I think this is why.

For example, I usually love roast dinners, and I look forward to it at the end of the week on a Sunday, but lately these past few weeks, I am completely put off. I don't like roast dinners lately
It happens with a lot of food, 1 week I like something, the next I don't

Not with food I don't, but with people I do.
I only relate to some weeks I eat loads and some weeks I hardly eat much, it turns it to a force feeding habit.
Thanks for this!

it has been said that your taste buds actually do change every 7 years. I was trying to find a good link on the information but all I come up with is questionable resources like wiki, ask, chacha and yahooanswers. None of which I would rely on for serious answers. So if you need real information I can keep looking but I know I've heard that many times, that this is the case.

I don't know if they change from week to week, I doubt that but what I think may be happening is that none of our senses are in a bubble, isolated from all the other things within us, your mood, your thinking the physical place you might be in, (environment) I believe will affect your taste and what you crave or loathe. I go on a binge for certain foods I crave for awhile but then another week I might absolutely not want it but I think it's all those factors I mentioned in addition to the fact that I obsessed over that food for awhile and my craving petered out.
Thanks for this!

For me it's more like I get on a "kick" of something for a week or two, then I hate it. My husband get's so upset when he buys what he thinks I like and I snub my nose at it. It's frustrating to me because nothing can satisfy me, really. Right now I'm lovin' lefse and meatballs - who knows what next week will bring. In my case I've always been able to go back to those foods but it goes in streaks. Just as long as I'm not into the whole fast food thing - when I binge - it's alright. Oh....how I would love a Big Mac Meal - Supersized. Yummy. Hope this helped.

Many of us pwbpd's (persons with bpd) swing from one thing to another. Often we may be bored with things. Yes, sometimes I will buy something that I really like and then it just doesn't get me later.

Happens to me all the time! Even with my taste in music, movies, etc.
