Why do we find it so hard to except, that we may just be good enough?
How do we get around it? Deep down I know that I am a good person and worthy like every other human to be happy, and live life to the full. I find it really hard to except compliments but pray on the compliments, the attention. But when I get it them. I can't handle it. My mind throws out, why would they like me? And insecure thoughts like that. I also can't help feeling that people are only nice cos they want me to fall for them so I will be at there beg and call only to break me and let me fall. I know these thoughts are insane. Not every one is like that! I just want to find away around them, I have a good set of friends and I never have thoughts like that of them. It's just new people that come in to my life. Has anyone managed to find away that helps remove these thoughts? In a safe way |

Thank you. For sharing it with me. It's pretty god damn lonely when you forget your not the only person In the world. Then you write a post like that and I know Im sharing the boat with some one else. Thank you again, your post felt like a hug. |

CBox...what you wrote is something we all know but when caught up in our own emotions and issues is so, so easy to lose track of. Thanks for once again bringing it to the surface.
