It's just occurred to me, this time last I would have been getting ready to go back to work.. To carry on with my career.
Only to find that when I got to work everyone was ignoring me. Or extremely over friendly.
Bastards let me work all day, to sack me at the end of the day.

It was the straw that broke the camels back.
Wow I've suffered with all sorts but the depression that hit me the following morning after being sacked was, I don't know....
Like some one had chained weights to my body, like an out of body experience. I couldn't see further then my nose. I didn't know who I was. I didn't know where I was. My whole life, world had caved in front of me.

The scars I collected in them months will be with me forever.

I made it though, I made it thro the other side. I'm here.

And now this time tomorrow I wish I could walk in to that place. And say you thought you had broke me but f you. I made it haha in your face!!

Wow this feels much better writing it down then in my head.

I knew what you meant and congratulations for making it to the other side. Knowing that there are quite a lot of "tunnels" to go through in life, every one that you make it through and find yourself on the other side of is another challenge overcome and you'll be better for it.

*hugs*

And today I've been fighting off more panic attacks.
So far I have won
