So lately I've really screwed up my sleeping habits. End up staying up til way too early in the morning, getting way less sleep than I should... I know I'll be tired all day.

So anyway early in the morning I'm thinking way too much. So many thoughts going through my head about all the stuff I'm Effing up in my life right now. This feeling comes and goes it's a vicious cycle. For awhile I'll be happy with things, think I'm doing fine, handling things, taking care of the kids and all that stuff. By pure logic, I think I am doing alright considering the hardships I've faced in the past year. What with the divorce impending soon, the separation, the financial burdens, taking on single parenting, pretty much full time, etc. But no.

I felt like such a loser thinking about it all last night. Things as trivial as letting the dishes pile up too much bothered me. I thought about how I know I need to do better with housekeeping. Then onto thinking about what a crappy dad I really must be... how irresponsible I am, etc. it's so farking tiring it's not even funny. back and forth ya know?

eh this is just a rant. Sorry for taking up your time :/

Thanks for reading.

I, also, am running on very little sleep due to thoughts that just wouldn't stop, and you're not alone with the constant cycle of thoughts. One day....or sometimes for a few hours...I'll feel on top of things, motivated, willing to do whatever it takes to better my life, and then I'll not care or feel like I'm stuck and will never get anywhere, and the latter have been pervasive lately though I know it's not accurate. You're not alone...hang in there, that's all we can do at times.

I can't say don't feel that way. Your feelings and concerns are valid. To say anything to get you to disreguard your feeling would be to say I do not take them seriously.

You have every right to feel stressed. You have a lot going on. You have no mate to keep you moving forward, to give you a hug, to give you a kind word. (that is an assumption since you are going threw divorce) It is a dog eat dog world out there. We walk out of our safe homes daily into sin and insanity. There is no shame in feeling stressed.

Bad feelings are like cancer, they spread. The more you give into thinking about them the more of your life they seem to gobble up. If you asked your kids are you a bad dad I bet I know there answer. If the dishes pile up will it matter in eternity. If your house is a mess will it matter next year. (only if you get rats ) So the things that seem like big monsters now are really tiny lizzards. Godzilla started out as a tiny lizzard you know. Someone fed him way to much. Don't feed your problems to much. Infact kill them w/ kindness. Only feed them positive thoughts. I know easier said then done. But it is worth a try.

Don't you ever say your a crap dad, not ever.
You've taken on your children and raising them the best you can.
Single handed.
While fighting yourself every day.
Yes we mess up but you are not a loser.

You are a great person and fantastic support in here.

((Hugs))

And yes that was a friendly telling off please don't hate me.
