King of Leon - crawl. It's not an angry song but it seems to change my mood set.
I try to listen to music that makes you want to dance when angry... Most of the time it does work. Providing I can have it at the right volume. (Loud)

When Im sad I listen to my immortal which maybe the worse song to listen to when in a sad state... But as I struggle with letting certain emotions out... This sites I get every last drop of tear out.

When I'm happy I love listening to everything pretty much. I love music
Thanks for this!

I am a very angry person, about 80 percent of my day consists of being enraged, irritable, or upset about something. I listen to emmure, a lot. They are probably the angriest guys I know.

When I'm down, I listen to blue october a lot.

when I'm angry anything obnoxious and loud is good. Something I imagine playing super loud blasting in my car if I were there to let everyone know I'm pissed. lol. Yeah Skrillex works, for one. but then I also listen to stuff like that when just plain manic too.

When I am sad I listen to Tori Amos, or Christina Perri, or Alanis Morrisette...Mumford and Sons is good too.

When angry, I love "headbangy" stuff...Rammstein (I hope I spelled it right) is GREAT to blast going down the highway! I have no clue what they are saying but I don't care, it's so LOUD!

I LOVE Music too, I literally listen to EVERYTHING...classical, jazz, rap, country (not a lot just some), R&B, SKA, etc...

I really enjoy blue October even though mostly I listen to the heavy stuff.

I absolutely love Tori. That's awesome that you listen to her.

When I'm angry I listen to Nine Inch Nails. They are my favorite.

I write music and the fastest music I write are songs about pushing people away or people who have royally pissed me off and made me feel forced to push them away if that makes sense.

Here is my angry song about a girl who I most recently idolized and thought was going to be in my life forever. It's strange to have so much knowledge now about BPD to be able to say that I was clearly idolizing her but she was really cruel to me on and around my bday for no reason so I quickly wrote her out of my life and then wrote this really kick *** angry rock song about her.

frogstomp ...

Silverchair

...these young dudes made this music when they were 15

it's descibed as teenage angst...and seein' as I never grew up...
well?

it still applies to me

but it aint all angry though...itis emotional too...bitter sweet!

..but the truth?.... is I can't be angry like I want to....not any more

no matter how much pain I'm in in my poor damaged head...it's just not fair on nobody else

and they will lock me up
they still might

and this one is appropriate for me...
"very ape"...nirvana

I tend to listen to new age or classical when I'm angry to help relax me...correlating music with my anger makes it worse usually.

Perfect by Simple Plan when my dad's angry at me.
Numb by Linkin Park when I feel that I've been pushed beyond endurance.
I often play Pat Benitar's Anxiety in my head when nervious.

Paul McCartney has a song called "Angry".

It was not on the radio, but it helped me.

Some John Lennon songs.

One particular song by Katy Perry. It goes like this (don't know the name): "This is a part of me that your'e never gonna ever take away from me..." She sounded very angry about feeling put down.

thanks,

Carol

Otep in general, especially the albums "The Ascension" and "House Of Secrets"

Precious Things by Tori Amos

Alanis Morissette, especially Tapes

God Has A Plan For Us All by Angtoria

Off To The Races by Lana Del Rey

Linkin Park in general, especially the Meteora album.

That's all I can think of off hand, but I listen to a lot of music so I could list songs all day.

if I'm in a generally bad mood but I want to change it music is the best way to do that. Typically The Crystal Method's music is my pick up music.
