As long as you find a good one. Some of them are real friggin flakes. Like the one that told me "I want you to go home and everyday look in the mirror and say 'I like you' " O.O seriously I did NOT just make that up. Needless to say I never saw him again. :/

Yes...do your research ahead of time and find one who specializes in BPD or at least is willing to work with it. A lot of therapists won't even consider the idea....we're the incurable bunch. It can be very frustrating.

If you think therapy would be beneficial then seek one out. It's okay to need help, and honestly it does sound like you need it. I can relate to how you feel.
