I was looking for books at the local bookstores on BPD but all they have is Idiots Guide and some outdated books. I am looking primarily for advice on coping strategies.

The Angry heart is meant to be good, I haven't read it myself but I have heard lots of people say it is great.

It is available from amazon.

EDIT: Just realized this book is quite old, sorry.

Get Me Out of Here, by Rachel Reiland.

It might be available at Amazon.com or at the bookstores.

It talks about a woman's struggle with bpd and her recovery.

I have read it so much that the pages are falling out.
