Hi folks,

I saw my therepist today and left a lot more upset than when I went in.

I disrespected my one friend by blowing up on him and was looking for answers.

I didn't get any so I am pissed

Hello, rsc4home. Maybe taking a step back to calm yourself will provide you with a better perspective?

It will probably all be for the best. I'm about this close to throwing something at mine these days.

Also, good therapy shouldn't leave you feeling good. It should be stirring things up that make you feel like crap, at least some of the time.

I always leave therapy feeling like crap. I don't think that's right. Next therapist is going to lighten things up during the last 5 minutes or so. BTW, I do NOT want my therapist to be my friend. I read the article and thought its points against being friends with your therapist were obvious.
